Vermicelli

Ingredients
• 1 cup vermicelli
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoon ghee to roast vermicelli
• Handful of cashew nuts or almonds broken and raisins
• 4-5 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
Heat a saucepan and add ghee. Add the nuts and fry them for a minute.. Add vermicelli and on a low flame roast them until it turns light brown or slightly golden.
Add the milk and sugar and a pinch of salt.. And let it boil.. Add cardamom powder.
Taste and add more sugar if required.. If it's too thick just add more milk to get it to the consistency you want it..
As it cools it will thicken up, so add milk and sugar to your taste accordingly.
